God As The Master Of Reinvention
If this drawing of God upsets you, then the following questions will help you see part of the rationale behind it.
First, who gave the Jews in John 8 the right to reinvent Abraham, so that they sought to kill Yeshuwa? Did not Abram have a private army? Was he not a warlord in Genesis 14? So why did Yeshuwa complain? "If you are Abraham's offspring, do the deeds of Abraham. But as it is, you are seeking to kill Me, a man who told you the truth, which I heard from Eluw'ah; this Abraham did not do."
Second, who gave the apostle Paul, a former Pharisee and one of the Jews, the right to reinvent Abraham, so that circumcision was no longer necessary for salvation, just grace through faith? Yahuw'ah said it lasts for all his generations after him (Genesis 17:7-

Third, who gave a later prophet the right to reinvent Abraham so that Yishma'el is the promised heir and one is then given the right by him to kill unbelievers?
Three Middle Eastern religions each refuse to accept the original narratives of Abraham, Yitschaq and Ya'aqob. Each has reinvented them to suit themselves.
After his circumcision Abraham and his household no longer took up the sword to fight. He, his son and grandson became totally devoted to resolving conflict through peaceful means. Read the texts for proof.
So who lies behind the reinventing and why did Yeshuwa stand up for the original and was eventually crucified for His trouble?
Finally, why does man always chase after those who reinvent truth and create their own religion? If you are unable to answer these questions, then maybe God can. After all, he creates religions by reinventing truth and turning everything into a lie (John 8:43-
